Help

How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

- PayPal

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.
  • Delivery Time : 7 - 30 days
  • Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that if you send the package without prior notice, it may be returned. and we will not process return/exchange.

[We accept return(s)&exchange(s) if ]
-In case of simple change of mind, it's able to returns/exchanges the item within 7 days of receiving the products
(However, in the case of home appliances, if the packaging is opened or broken and the product value is lost, we will not accept to return/exchange the product.)
-If the items or services differ from those advertised or indicated,
it's able to return/exchange within 3 months of receiving the products or within 30 days from the days you become known the wrong thing.
(If one of the two passes, it cannot be returned/exchanged.)

[Returns & Exchanges Instructions ]
1. E-mail a return request to our c/s center within 7 days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos or video of the received product(s)
and include the order number, name, contact number and the reason for the return.
2. A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.
3. Regarding the confirmed exchange/return process, we will send the courier driver for the return pickup and 1:1 exchange.
4. Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging.

[We do not accept return(s)&exchange(s) if ]
-the products has been received for more than 7 days
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
(However, the packaging, etc. is damaged in order to confirm the products, such cases are excluded.)
-In the case of home appliances, if the packaging is opened or broken and the product value is lost
(ex : home appliances, foods, albums, etc..  
However, the defective pixels such as laptop computers, LCD monitors, digital cameras, etc..return/exchange will depend on the manufacturer's standards.)
-If the value of the product is significantly reduced due to the customer's use or partial consumption.
(However, for cosmetics, etc., if a trial product was provided but normal product is used, do not accept return/exchange.)
-Due to over time, if the value of the product is significantly reduced and can't be resell.
-Packaging of replicable goods, etc.. is damaged
-The outer case is for product protection, so if it is damaged, it is not considered as a product defect. We do not accept return(s) or a/s service.

-In case of receipt incorrect product(s), if you do not have the picture or unboxing video (with tracking number) of the item you received, we don't accept to return/exchange the product.
-When you request return(s)&exchange(s), you should return the gifts presented at the event or promotion together.If forgotten, you will not be able to return/exchange.
-Due to the product characteristic, our inventory may run out early, so it may be difficult to exchange in case of simple change your mind.
 and return(s)&exchange(s) are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce.

※If you return or exchange the product due to simply changing mind (on color or size etc) , you should pay the shipping fee(KRW 7,000).
(However, it based on only Korea domestic address.)

[If you are a minor,]
If the legal representative does not agree to the contract, the minor himself or his legal representative may:
The contract can be canceled or refunded within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
