Title Horrible Customer Support

I’m asking again because you started a faulty shipping today. I purchased the preorder on July 5 and cancelled it on July 19 already through PayPal because your email “kpopstore@beatro.co.kr” provided in my confirmation email doesn’t even exist and I can’t even send the inquiry to your customer service as in how to undergo the proper procedure to cancel the item after checking out as guest and none of you replied to me neither through emails nor paypal. But why did I still receive an email saying the order has been shipped? It's not my responsibility that you don't check emails or paypal notifications. I don't want this product anymore yet you still shove it to me? Please follow up on my order 20210705-0004697 and intercept the delivery process if you see this message. I honestly don't understand why your site lack any kind of customer support for us. This kind of forced purchase is nothing but pure robbery. I hope you look into this matter as soon as possible as I don’t want to cause you any trouble either yet this nonchalant behaviour towards customers is not acceptable at all.

    You said you canceled the payment via PayPal, but your order has never been canceled in our online mall.

    You can cancel the product you purchased at the online mall if you ask cancellation through the KPOPSTORE website.
    Even if you ask cancellation of payment on PayPal, it is not reflected in the online mall, so cancellation processing is not possible.
    Also, we did not be notified of the cancellation request made by PayPal.

    Therefore, your order has not been canceled and the product has been sent.

    Currently, the product has already been sent, so we can't collect it.
    If you don't mind, please ask the post office that you refuse to take the package.

    Spam I couldn't properly cancel the item in the mall because I checked out as a GUEST instead of a member of your site. It only shows "no order history" when I visit "My Store" in your website after signing in my current account. There is no way I'm informed that I can log back in as a guest and go to my purchase history to carry out the proper cancellation procedure in your online mall. The confirmation email I got did not provide any details as in how to cancel my item so I reached out for help to the email address “kpopstore@beatro.co.kr” you provided in the same email but it DOES NOT EVEN EXIST. That's why I am asking to another different email address now. Passing the buck like this isn't making anything better after you ghosted me for like 2 weeks. Hope this clarifies and please note that you should update your contact email address in other purchase confirmation emails from now on as I am aware that I'm not the only one that have mentioned this problem in your forums. You claimed whether if I'm a member or guest, I can still carry out cancellation in the bulletin board or clicking the Cancel Request button on the order details but you never provided any proof that it works and you didn't provide any guidance or screenshots as in how to reach the bulletin board in your website without even having an account. I don’t have the Cancel Request button on the order details email that I received either. Those proper procedures should be stated on your website clearly instead of having your customers search here and there.

    Spam The parcel arrived on Gimpo on Aug 13 already yet I still have not received my refund for a whole week. Please follow up on this.
